This is How our Milk Brings All the Boys (and Girls) To the Yard.

Milking for 50 Years and We’ve Hit the Bottle.

Milk tastes better from happy cows. Happy cows love good grass and good grass depends on the quality of the soil. After 50 years of looking after milk literally from the ground up, we thought it was about time to bottle the Udderly experience.

What Came First, the Grass or the Cow?

Wayne’s a bit of a grass head. In a good way - he’s a guru at knowing what type of grass leads to the best milk and legend has it, he can taste the difference of the grass seasons in the milk. The girls agree and love the 17 or so varieties that they munch on. We know them by name and learn what makes them tick. Like Moomoo, who needs her daily scratch before she’ll go into the milking shed. So to us, the grass came first, but the cows come first on the farm.

Udderly Organic Milking Process

Organic Cows, Organic Process, Organic Milk.

Fully organic milk comes from fully organic cows. No need for chemicals to get these girls going. The grass is where it’s at for them. Call in to see what we don’t do to your milk in the creamery too. Spoiler alert: It’s basically just swapping a cow shaped container for a bottle shaped one.

Freshly Squeezed Every Morning

Health and safety means we can’t milk the cows on your doorstep. So we did the next best thing and built a bottling plant on site to deliver freshly squeezed milk directly to the dairy or other fine stockist near you.
