Grass and cows. That’s pretty much it. No artificial chemicals are used at any point. Not even to grow the grass or wash out the recycled bottles. It’s a huge process but Udderly is one of the very few creameries in New Zealand that is fully organic from start to finish.
Milk in glass bottles, it's the latest in old ideas. Read this a few times and you'll get the picture: We fill the bottle. You drink the milk, you return the bottle, we clean the bottle.
We know every one of the girls that happily turn grass into milk on our two farms. It's pasteurised, snap chilled, and then bottled at the on-farm Udderly creamery.
